Zoo Birthday Party Request Form

2. Looking to book a birthday party at the zoo? You are in the right place! Please completely fill out the request below. Be aware that this form does not reserve your birthday party. The zoo guest services department will contact you to finalize your reservation.

4. Pricing and Scheduling
   Admissions for 10 children and 2 adults (additional children $4 each/adults $6.50 each). Birthday parties are scheduled at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m.. Package price: $90 plus tax ($25 deposit required at time of booking).

6. What you will receive
   Exclusive use of the Children's Zoo Party Gazebo with picnic tables for two hours. Ability to bring your own birthday cake and juice and/or purchase a "Birthday Party" Meal Package from the Kookaburra Kafe. A personal visit from Percy the Penguin (our costumed mascot). A personal visit from one of our Animal Ambassadors. Birthday party scavenger hunt and animal charades game. A special gift for the birthday child.
