Idaho Falls Police arrested 46-year-old Brian T. Moore for aggravated assault after he threatened a 36-year-old man with a knife late Thursday night.

Moore of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for trespassing and a warrant.

According to reports, officers responded to the 500 block of West 21st Street for a report of a suspicious male around 10:51 p.m. A 36-yearold man said a male, later identified as Moore, had been creeping around his residence.

The man told police he confronted Moore and asked him to leave. Moore became agitated and threatened the man with a knife.

Police located Moore near 20th and Curtis. Moore was found with a Leatherman utility knife in his possession.
