At 12:42 AM on Oct. 20, the Idaho Falls Police Department responded to a report of multiple gunshots near the corner of Sage Avenue & “H” Street in Idaho Falls.
Multiple officers responded. The gunshots had ceased by the time officers arrived. Officers were able to locate a home in the area with a window shot out.
Following the initial investigation, there did appear to be an exchange of gunfire between two parties.
No civilians or officers were injured.
The incident is under investigation. No other information is available at this time.
