Organizers of Boo at the Zoo, Idaho Falls’ largest “Merry not Scary” family-friendly Halloween event are seeking vendors to sponsor and run trick-or-treat stations.
“Boo at the Zoo attracts families from Idaho Falls and across the greater eastern Idaho region and is a great way to get exposure for local and regional businesses,” says Laurie Gravatt, Membership Coordinator for the Tautphaus Park Zoological Society (TPZS).
The event will be held at the Idaho Falls Tautphaus Park Zoo on October 26, 27, and 28 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The fee for a trick-or-treat station is only $100 or $50 for a non-profit business. The stations include one table, two chairs, a lantern and a pop-up tent for shelter. A warming hut with snacks and hot drinks will be provided for participating vendors.
The “best-dressed” vendor booth will win a free booth for the following year, so participants are encouraged to get creative and have fun with their booths!
Boo at the Zoo is the largest fundraising event hosted by the TPZS. All proceeds, after expenses, are donated to the Idaho Falls Zoo. All fees are tax deductible.
