On Monday, April 17, 2017, 3H Construction will begin work on the Water Service Replacement project on 17^th Street between Holmes Avenue and South 25^th East (Hitt Road).  The public is encouraged to plan for alternate routes.

Traffic through the area may reduce to a single lane on weekdays, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Full road closures may be necessary from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on weekdays and all day on Sundays.  

Barring unforeseen conditions, the anticipated completion time is early to mid-June.

Please observe all traffic control signs and road closures.
