(Idaho Falls, ID) –Beginning December 2, Cannon Construction Inc. will be replacing the 12^th Street Idaho Canal Culvert located on 12^th Street between SE and SW Bonneville Drives in Idaho Falls. 

Construction on the project will run Mondays through Fridays and the bridge, along with the associated intersections, will be closed starting December 2^nd, 2019 until late spring of 2020.  

The intersections just east and west of the bridge will also be under construction to replace sidewalks, driveways, and pavement. 

All vehicular traffic crossing the Idaho Canal will be diverted north to the 9^th Street bridge.  A pedestrian crossing will be available just south of the 12^th Street Bridge.
