ANNEXATION/INITIAL ZONING. Annexation & Initial Zoning of R1, Approximately 4.197 acres Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 38 East. Generally located along East River Road. North of W 33rd N, east of N 5th W, south of Pevero Dr., west of N 5th E.
REZONE. Rezone from LC, Limited Commercial to HC, Highway Commercial for a portion of Lot 19, Jackson Hole Juntion. Generally located south and east of Interstate 15, west of Pioneer Rd., and north of W Sunnyside Rd.
