It is an ideal setting for beginners, those recovering from surgery, or those with conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson’s. Class runs 45-50 mins.

A moderate to high-intensity class that combines cardio with strength-building and flexibility, Aqua Power often incorporates aqua fitness gloves, hand buoys, and noodles for extra resistance. Music adds to the fun and motivates class members to work even harder! You’ll come away feeling more toned and invigorated. Class runs 45-50 mins.

Deep Water Cardio (Deep Water Class)
Our most popular class, this innovative workout improves your endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Correct postural alignment is emphasized in the deep end of the pool to increase balance and to maximize the use of the properties of water. This no-impact class is ideal for those with weak backs, knees, and hips, but challenging for those looking to stay fit. Class runs 45-50 mins Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:10 & 8:10am
Deep Water Intensity (Deep Water Class)
A deep water workout for the intermediate to advanced individual, combing both aerobic and strength training movements. Improves core strength and stamina in the water, as well as focuses on vertical alignment. A mix between aerobic and high interval segments. Class runs 45-50 mins.
