Flex n' Stretch

Improve your range of motion and flexibility in this shallow water class.  It’s also designed to strengthen muscles needed on land for walking.  Stretches, water-walking, and exercises for isolated muscle group are included.  An ideal setting for beginners, those recovering from surgery, or those with conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson’s.

Aqua Power

A moderate to high intensity class that combines cardio with strength-building, flexibility, and muscular strength.  You’ll come away feeling more toned and invigorated!  The extra resistance with aqua fitness gloves, hand buoys, and noodles are often incorporated for variety.  Music adds to the fun and motivates class members to work even harder!

Deep Water Cardio

One of our most popular classes and for all ages, this innovative workout improves your endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.  Correct postural alignment is emphasized in the deep end of the pool to increase balance and to maximize use of the properties of water.  This no-impact class is ideal for those with weak backs, knees, and hips, but challenging for those looking to stay fit.  A waist flotation belt is available on a first come first serve basis or for purchase.

A deep water workout that uses buoyance equipment on ankles and hands to increase resistance.  “Moving the water” is our motto as this high intensity class works everything!  Burn those extra calories and take advantage of an early morning or an evening class.   Ankle cuffs, hand buoys, and webbed gloves are available on a first come first serve basis or for purchase.

HIIT the Pool

Make some serious waves in this "high intensity interval training" class!  This class delivers a serious heart pounding, calorie burning, strength conditioning, total body workout designed to push you to the max.  From tabata to pyramid interval-based training, this deep-water class uses cardio bursts with brief recovery periods for maximum results.  A waist flotation belt is available on a first come first serve basis or for purchase.
