All classes held at the Idaho Falls Recreation Center.

Daily Fees


Seniors - $3.75/class
Adult - $4.50/class

Punch Passes


Punch Passes can be used for any fitness classes sponsored by the Recreation Department, or by the Aquatic Center, lap swims or public swim sessions.

Morning Yoga


Yoga helps reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
  • 6:45 - 7:45 a.m.
  • Monday and Wednesday
  • Classic yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing techniques

Yoga for Back & Core


Yoga for Back and Core is designed specifically to strengthen core muscles and stretch hips and hamstrings. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
  • 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
  • Monday
  • Weak abdominal muscles & tight hamstrings contribute to back pain

Pilates


This class is fun and easy to follow. Please bring your mat.
  • Noon - 1 p.m.
  • Wednesday
  • Tone and strengthen your body with specific emphasis on your core.

Evening Yoga


Yoga helps reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
  • 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday
  • Classic yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing techniques

Yoga 


This class focuses on toning and strengthening your abs.
  • Noon - 1 p.m.
  • Monday
  • A variety of well-sequenced body sculpting and toning exercises
