 Access the customer self-service portal to:

  • View your account information and activity online.
  • Sign up for paperless billing, budget billing and automatic payment via bank draft or credit card.
  • Request to stop, start or transfer service.
  • Ask questions or make inquiries regarding your account, monthly bill or city services.
  • Update your mailing address and contact information.

Disconnect Policy

The City of Idaho falls has approved a temporary disconnect policy intended to help residential and small business customers being affected by COVID-19. Resolution 2020 and Disconnect Policy
