Class Cost $125

• Participants will be provided with general information in the areas of first-aid, CPR, pool safety, and rescue techniques
• Step-by-step skill development to keep safety first in all activities presented.
• Participants will develop teamwork, friendship, an improve self-confidence.  
• Work closely with trained lifeguards and have the opportunity to learn more about the lifeguard program.
• Participants will be physically active and improve swimming skills.
• Includes a membership to the Aquatic Center during the class & the opportunity to volunteer to work as a Jr Lifeguard at the Aquatic Center.
